ZOMBIE SHACK FUNDRAISER (MOVE FILM COLLECTIVE)

As part of the fundraiser for our production company "MOVE Film Collective" we decided to put on an event, for this particular fundraiser our company started looking into locations and found zombie shack to be the cheapest location, once we had the location locked down we had one poster made and I decided to create another one in hopes we could capture a larger audience, we found DJ's and some students on the course to DJ at the event (Alex G, Day and Szavost B2B Bean), we had two payment plans for this particular night the first was to paionline, this came with benefits 4 pound online or 5 pound on the door, originally i was a little skeptical as to if people would pay this amount to come to an event although I was surprised on the night.

On the night I arrived at around 11:15pm and it was slightly dead i'd say there were 3 people maximum in there that went up to around six once myself and my friends arrived alongside our other company members on the door, we waited for around an hour listening to music until the place started filling up. Eventually there was quite a number of people at the event and I could really see us starting to make a profit from this, every now and again i made sure to keep going back to check on how much we had made, eventually the night had come to an end and we saw we had made fifty two pounds, again this doesn't seem like a lot but it really helped us financially and on top on this we made five or six online sales, we are super grateful for the people that came and paid the five pound entry free.
